UEFA has announced this year's Team of the Year shortlist. 40 men have been selected by the UEFA.com writers based on their performances with their European club and national team during 2014. The public can vote for their preferred starting XI.





Goalkeepers: Manuel Neuer (Bayern), Thibaut Courtois (Chelsea), Gianluigi Buffon (Juventus), Beto (Sevilla).
