Bobby Brown is calling shenanigans on Nick Gordon for his public woe-is-me campaign, and for not telling him what happened to the ailing Bobbi Kristina.
Nick Gordon is under investigation by police, regarding the circumstances that surround Bobbi Kristina Brown ending up face down in a tub January 31.
He's refusing to talk to them, however, avoiding the cops and Bobby Brown as well, even as he vows to the press how desperately he wants to see his partner.
Bobby Brown's lawyer, Chris Brown (no relation, and not the train wreck music star), says Gordon refuses to cooperate or come clean to investigators.
The events that led to Bobbi Kristina's near-drowning, from which she has not recovered, remain unclear. Ditto the origin of Bobbi Kristina's injuries.
As a result, attorney Brown says:
"It appears Mr. Gordon did not want his understanding of the facts to be subject to the truthful examination of various experts or Bobby Brown himself."
"Mr. Gordon has every right to remain silent and not share his version of events," yet he is "not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe."
Brown's lawyer adds that reports of Gordon being banned from the hospital are B.S., and that he's never tried to visit his 21-year-old comatose girlfriend.

"To address the continued and never ending media requests for comment about Mr. Gordon's requests to visit Bobbi Kristina, let me be very clear," he said.
"Mr. Gordon was offered an opportunity to potentially visit Bobbi Kristina," the attorney adds, "and he declined to meet the terms of any possible visit."
The lawyer won't say what "term" Gordon must meet, but if you read between the lines, it looks like Bobby Brown wants Nick to spill on what happened.
Chris Brown went on to dismiss Gordon as such: "We are only concerned with individuals that can help Bobbi Kristina and bring resolution to the investigation."
Nick made a public plea Saturday to allow him in the hospital, claiming he will save her if she hears his voice. Obviously, her family is scoffing at this.
For his part, Gordon's attorney says his legal team advised Nick to reject Bobby Brown's "terms," while shifting some of the blame back to the singer.
He says Nick repeatedly offered to meet with Bobby in private to clear the air, however, rather than go through lawyers, but the R&B star turned him down.
