Nicole Kidman’s Father Dies Falling From Singapore Hotel Room

It’s never easy to lose a parent and Nicole Kidman is grieving the death of her beloved father Dr. Antony Kidman.

According to Daily Mail Australia, Dr. Kidman passed away on Friday (September 12) after falling from his hotel room in Singapore.

Furthermore, the “Moulin Rouge” actress’ publicist shared, "The family is in shock and is grieving. I think that some time and privacy is needed to deal with this shock and tragedy."

Dr. Kidman was visiting his youngest daughter Antonia in Singapore and it sounds like the local police suspect foul play as they’re treating their investigation as an “unnatural death.”

One of Antony’s University of Technology colleagues named Attila Brungs told Reuters, "It is with great sadness that we learn of Dr. Tony Kidman’s sudden passing. During his 43 years at the University of Technology, Sydney, Tony has contributed greatly – as a colleague, as a researcher, and as a health practitioner. Tony will be missed by all at UTS. Our thoughts are with his family at this time."
