Gwyneth Paltrow Weighs In On Martha Stewart’s Snarky Sentiments

It’s pretty tough to ruffle Gwyneth Paltrow's feathers, and not even a dig from Martha Stewart can get her down these days.

A few weeks back the 73-year-old ex-con insulted the Oscar-winning actress’ lifestyle website Goop, stating, "She just needs to be quiet. She's a movie star…If she were confident in her acting, she wouldn't be trying to be Martha Stewart.”

Thankfully, Gwyn didn’t engage in the mudslinging, but instead told the Most Powerful Women Summit audience, “No one has ever said anything bad about me before, so I'm shocked and devastated. I'll try to recover.”

"If I'm really honest, I'm so psyched that she sees us as competition. I'm so psyched. I really am. At this point in my life I don't take it personally.”
