Telegram beta updated with new animations, emoji support and more

WhatsApp competitor Telegram has updated their Windows Phone Messenger app to version 1.3.29.

The app focuses on security and features Secret Chats with end-to-end encryption, can self destruct messages on both handsets and messages are not logged on their Telegram’s servers.

The latest update brings:
