The Formula One Abu Dhabi Grand Prix takes place this weekend with some of the biggest racing stars – including Lewis Hamilton (Nicole Scherzinger's ex) and Christian Horner (Geri Halliwell's husband) - showing off their skills on the track. But it's not all about the sporting action in the UAE's capital. Many people will flock to the Emirate for a bit of star spotting, and with stars such as Emily Ratajkowski rumored to be making appearances in the nightclubs and yacht parties, it's no wonder people are so eager to get entry to the buzzing Marina area.
Jay Sean is heading up what's probably the most prestigious party of them all - Amber Lounge. The British R&B star will host bashes at the Yas Links Club on November 26 and 27 (Saturday and Sunday). Amber Lounge will also be hosting club dancers, a saxophonist, drummer, singer and international DJs during the events.
Since 2003, the likes of Justin Bieber, Kim Kardashian, David Beckham, Jason Derulo, Akon, Elizabeth Hurley, Prince Harry and Cristiano Ronaldo have partied with Amber Lounge, which has pop-ups in Monaco, Mexico City and Singapore too.
VIP room inside Cipriani restaurant will have Paris Hilton hosting on Friday and Drake on Saturday and Sunday. Rihanna's brother is hitting the DJ decks before Drake so don't be surprised to see Rihanna – who is performing a gig at the du Arena Sunday evening – cheering him on. Pitbull, Lionel Ritchie and the Chemical Brothers are also headlining gigs at the same venue.
Rapper Big Sean – who famously wrote a tune about his Glee actress ex Naya Rivera - will be joining the likes of Sean Paul and Krept and Konan for Beats on the Beach.
