The final race of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix takes place Sunday, when Formula One fans will find out whether three-time champion (2008, 2014 and 2015) Lewis Hamilton will triumph once again. But before the British star took to the tracks this weekend, he enjoyed some time soaking up the UAE capital city's iconic skyline while doing what he does best.
Lewis, 31, ventured out on top of the St Regis Hotel where he simulated a race 225m up on the Middle East's highest active helipad.
"The energy on the helipad of The St. Regis Abu Dhabi was incredible, and the views were spectacular. It was a fantastic evening with our partners at SPG and some amazing fans," Lewis said. "Experiences like this are something you can't even imagine, and will never forget!"
