French Montana: PAID to Date Khloe Kardashian By Kris Jenner?!

Kris Jenner is paying French Montana to date her daughter, Khloe Kardashian, according to a new report that may not be as big of a stretch as you think.

Sources at E! say Kris offered French Montana big bucks to appear on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and even bigger bucks to star on its spinoff.

As executive producer, she calls the shots, and that means if she wants French in the Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons trailer, she cuts a check.

French Montana has been dating Khloe Kardashian since May, which you know if you watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians or read any celebrity gossip.

The question is whether he's doing it because he's a shameless, fame-whoring gold digger who's just sticking around for the easy, quick cash from Kris.

Montana has already appeared on Keeping Up and will be on Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons starting Sunday, September 14. And it gets better:

Could it be that this whole relationship is nothing but a made-for-TV charade? And that Khloe is in on it? Or is it a real romance Kris is just trying to milk?

Maybe the truth is somewhere in between, but we know this much:

“The way [KUWTK] is set up is very unusual," an insider says, "It’s the only show I know of where a producer can say, ‘Here’s the cast and this is what they’re getting paid.’”

“Usually to add a cast member to a show, you’d have to fire a cast member to keep the budget balanced. But in this case, Kris just offered French Montana a check."

We would put nothing past Kris Jenner, and the recent episode in which Khloe was "caught" with French at a club was beyond scripted and ridiculous.

But they have to be dating at least ... right?

We may never know the "reality" that goes on behind the facade of the Kardashian franchise, but he's getting plenty of PR and cash out of this. Just saying.
