Perez "has more back fat than a whale"

It's known that Katie Hopikins doesn't get along with Perez, from what we have seen on CBB. When he stripped down in the show, Katie couldn't help but snort 'He's got more back fat than a blue whale.'

Perez famously shed a lot of weight over the years, and is a much slimmer version than his former self, but he is the first to admit he has a lot of excess skin.
