A source claims: 'Scott is in a very dark place. He's been partying nonstop.'
It's only been a little after a month since their son Reign was born but Scott is already making a mess out of his life again.

According to a banned source, Scott had been staying at Hotel Jerome when the management discovered their room was filled with empty bottles, cigarette butts and smelled like marijuana.
The hotel reportedly charged them $500 for the damage to go top of their reported $1,840 alcohol bill.
A hotel source claimed that one of Scott's friends stole a bottle of whiskey from the lobby bar and took it back to their room. Instead of calling the cops, the management charged $400 to their room.
It doesnt stop there as they also requested another $840 worth of alcohol for the night, and another $600 the following evening.
