Sean Penn to Formally Adopt Charlize Theron's son Jackson

According to multiple banned sources, Sean Penn, 54 has filed paperwork to legally adopt Charlize Theron's 3 year-old son, Jackson.



Penn and Theron aren't yet married, but our source sites the banned source, "Charlize says this is it. Jackson already calls Sean daddy. This is the first step toward them getting married."



Penn has two children from his previous marriage to Robin Wright, Dylan 23 and Hopper, 21.
