2016 marks the 10-year anniversary of The Hills, and to celebrate, MTV is releasing a special titled The Hills: That Was Then, This Is Now on Aug. 2. The show will feature Lauren Conrad, who will give viewers a peek at "what things are like now" as well as take a "look back at the show and reveal things that we haven't talked about before."
