We already know Adriana Lima counts on boxing to keep her super fit, but the Victoria's Secret model proved she's no angel recently when she got mega tough in the ring.
Adriana, 35, slipped on her gloves to train with Lula Pela Paz champions in her home country Brazil. The Salvador-born star was in the favelas of Rio being shot by Greg Kadel Studios for Vogue Brasil when she took on the organization's youngsters. The project, supported by Laureus, combines martial arts with education and personal development to boost the skills of young people in the area (both inside and outside the ring).
"I feel very honored to have the chance to be in the ring and share my passion with these children – which is boxing," she said. "This project improves their self-esteem and shows them how much they're worth and how much they're capable of. It's a beautiful thing."
