Paris Hilton is currently visiting India, and happened to meet Bollywood superstar Salman Khan at the birthday party of Balaji Rao, owner of Venkateshwara Hatcheries. She posted the picture above on Instagram and captioned it, “#GoodTimes in India with my friend @BeingSalmanKhan.”
She is apparently undisturbed that her new "friend" is the center of many a controversy involving domestic violence, illegal poaching of wild animals, mafia ties, etc and is even facing criminal charges for a fatal hit-and-run.
Pinkvilla reports that in order to show his appreciation for the socialite, Salman gifted her his lucky bracelet, which had been a present from his father and which the actor has worn in several of his movies. (Other sources claim it was merely a replica of his lucky bracelet)
Singer Mika Singh, also present at the party, one-upped the superstar by gifting her his diamond necklace.
This isn't the first time this year that Ms. Hilton parties with a Bollywood A-lister. Only a few weeks back she was partying in Dubai with actor Hrithik Roshan. On the occasion she posed for photographs with him and even expressed an interest in starring a movie with the actor, tweeting "he's hot".
